      Locally owned but operated by non-locals.

      Cons

      Micro managed, regional managers do not help their local managers with any relevant input. They are consumed with their popularity among the dealership rank and file, which results in undermining local manager decisions.

      Great company and Clint was the best boss. Really great team that was able to work together and find good solutions.

      The ownership is a bit uninterested in the operations and it shows in how the company is operated.

      There aren't alot if I'm being honest

      Cons

      Poor management lack of confidence in leadership yes men with little desire to take care of employees...bootlickers in middle management have no dignity or self respect. Outdated mindset and can't accept modern ways of doing things poor pay and little room for advancement not competitive
