      Pros

      Everyone gets to wear multiple hats and responsibilities without any increase pay!

      Cons

      -poor work-life balance because you have to take night meetings with China team to stay relevant. -they make you do more than your role and not increase your pay -sales team is incompetent and gets paid when everyone else does the hard work (product, solutions, etc) -least process and structure, everything is random and driven by meetings and spoken communication -values and culture are the least important at Agora, its all about revenue
