Pros

They have a proprietary real time network which is quite fast and agile, if they support your technology stack.

Cons

This company is the classic case of the left hand not speaking to the right. With 85% of the company residing in China and the remaining mainly residing in UK and US, getting things done is difficult. The constant push and pull is tiring. When it comes to management, be ready to enter a culture where "It's not what you know but how long you have been there for". Favoritism always goes to the more person with more tenure, despite their contribution to be trite. Dinosaurs not up to speed with technology. Company strategy is weak. Not enough collateral to back up the verticals they are chasing and verticals that are not necessarily ready for the volumes they predicted. But it's a top down mentality with no one listening to the person on the ground. Question the direction and you are the enemy. If you are looking for stability with a company that is publicly traded, know they went from an average of $40-100 to around $3 today (07.12.22). Layoffs and turnover in staff is regular. As for those taking roles in Revenue generating activities, beware. Direction changes frequently. There is internal fighting, lots of politics and no one seems to care about Sales cycles. It's one of those companies that expects you to tap your resources and grow overnight. My leader knew nothing technical, provided little to no support, had no strategy, hated to be questioned, was totally unreasonable, and was simply had no corporate skills or social awareness.
