Pros

Networking/connections if you decide to stick it out and stay

Cons

Was hired then fired. • Should've been a red flag of high turnover when they highered 50+ people within two days of the same position. • Had me drive over three-hundred miles my first two days there with no compensation back or any for long drives, even to different states. • Was lied to about commission and payment structure • False promise left and right • Never got paid for anything, not even base pay which was promised to me as well. • Didn't get trained at all just told to figure it out, what exactly I have no clue. Machines/devices that we were supposed to use didn't actually work so I basically stood there for hours on end with nothing to do or learn despite me asking questions and wanting to do so. - I got let go due to my lack of preformance despite me not having any training or the tools to preform.

Pros

Having a boss like Tarek is uncommon. Hits the field, and shows you how it's done. (sometimes) Brings the same energy to work every day, and if something goes wrong, he has your back. Also, the sales experience makes you tough as nails. Handling objections and learning the system is all teachable and applicable. You will learn something about yourself and how you can apply some of the lessons you learn from this job to life. Biggest pro here, if you work hard you are not micromanaged whatsoever.

Cons

I dont like the affiliation with third party vendors, or the business model. You are expected to sell and sometimes, people don't want to buy. Although selling a legitmate product, the methods of doing so were way too pushy or "salesy". You had to go in a Big lots, target or sam's club, and talk to everyone that walked by. The amount of people you would upset is laughable, but if you didn't sell, you weren't doing your job. Compensation could be better, as we all know sales is ups and downs.

Pros

Very few nice people. Nothing good You can dress up twice a week

Cons

From the interview they tell you you’ll get $700 a week ($485 after taxes) if you don’t meet $800 week production in sales, what they don’t tell you is that it’s for a limited time only. Worked for 6 weeks, after quitting they never payed me again, they did not pay me for my last 2 weeks because I didn’t “produce” them money” (what they told me) and did not care about my time and money invested in those rides to the stores. They only see people as objects to get them richer. You have to drive sometimes an hour commute to some stores, they don’t pay you for gas and ez passes expenses you have to take daily. They are not honest what this job is really about. Their page says that they work with different stores but they don’t say you have to drive every day to a different store anywhere in MD or VA according to their schedule.
