Very good tips but 45% of your tips go to the managers every single night. which is illegal!!
Cons
beside stealing 45% of your tips every night, they declare on your W2 at the end of the tax year that you made 100% of the tips meaning you are paying also tax on the 45% they have been forcing you to give to them along the year
