Tight deadlines and pressure. QA dont get allocated time to conduct testing. PM will rush to complete test

The employees are very experienced and knowledgeable about their jobs and are able to instruct you. Working hours are more flexible and WFH is available for permanent employees

The work environment may be a bit silent as the workers do not communicate to each other often
