Overall pretty old-fashioned views from the dominating group of employees and sometimes a lack of respect for others. A sort of overly deferential and don't be a softie vibe when discussing mobbing and power dynamics at work, hence colleagues won't really stand up to their superiors. Some key colleagues that definitely shouldn't, lack social awareness, which is detrimental to the safety you should feel in a company.
