      Pros

      Interesting field and problems to solve Great DevOps and data teams, and really good office vibes and awesome teammates. The mixture with the Agronomy team is very interesting.

      Cons

      Stress is always increasing in the last couple of years , no time to actually do the right research. People are getting burned but afraid to speak. Budget is always tight
