Pros
The Agilyx product could greatly benefit the environment by converting mixed waste plastic (waste that is otherwise headed for the land-fill) into synthetic crude oil which can be converted to a variety of refinery products.
Cons
An overall very negative atmosphere where the focus of problem investigations is on finding who is blame and laying blame on individual contributors is the norm. Company status updates are few and far between.
