People seem nice, and seem eager to help.
Cons
Zero training, zero accountability. There are those in leadership positions that simply are there as a placeholder not to make products better. The CEO is tone deaf, and is shielded from any type of feedback. He is never available. People commit to meeting with customers then no show-there is no after sales support. We get stuck putting in ticket after ticket, but no one solves anything. The motto no one does it like us is stuck from when they started and they are short minded on everyone is eating their customer base. If you ask your boss for help-you are flagged and iced out. Having a voice is not encouraged unless you are from the inner circle-otherwise you do not exist. Each department has their own revenue goals which outprices our competitors. I've never seen a company so blind in my life.
