Lot of hiring going on and the new set of leaders all come with good industry experience and are setting up solid process. Though it might take some time to stand it up and start benefiting from it.

Usual growth pains of a company this size. Very complex technilogy and not too many people know the robot end to end. so the same set of engineers get pulled in for debugging.
