Pros

There are a few good people left. People with longevity, shares, and a soul are leaving daily. If you can produce high expense reports, nonsense admin in an outdated CRM, feed on drama and fear, take selfies to pat yourself on the back , and thrive on zero work life balance then there are open positions for you!

Cons

The old, care about its people , customers first, do the right thing Agiliti died in December 2020. The new Agiliti includes: worst company culture you can imagine, even worse leadership regionally and above, back stabbers 5 seconds after the pat on the back, fear based/micro managing, no clear direction, training corporate thinks is phenomenal but has leadership questioning abilities by 2 months, tons and tons of busy work quickly followed by why aren’t you in the field more, frequent fire drills, increased use of buzzwords, bullying, corrupt HR, red tape with added leadership, unnecessary ZOOMs, nights/weekend text/emails/calls with frustration if not addressed, unhealthy mental warfare , and dread for the workweek.

Pros

Amazing field to work in to give back to our communities. The leadership has experience from all levels of the organization where many Directors and VPs have started at entry level positions

Cons

The accounting month-end schedule is a little tight but still manageable.

Pros

Absolutely nothing good about this clown show

Cons

Poor management from top to bottom. Retaliatory middle managers. I have never been around such unprofessional, mismanaged people in my life. On top of that, reality is They cut salaries by nearly $30,000 for some people to keep them “hungry”. They will jack up the quotas to unreasonable levels. There is a very good reason Agiliti went from publicly traded to private equity.
