Pros
In general, employees are very friendly and talented and this creates a warm environment. Moreover the company works mainly with European projects, which are really interesting and innovative.
Cons
Top management lucks of basic training. They find it hard to organise the projects and meet any deadlines. They don't help the available human resources of the company to evolve and some of them seem to care only for their own position without spending time to properly train their team. They also use old fashioned technologies and they don't seem willing to change. Salaries are quite low comparing with the average salaries in the fields of Statistics and IT in Greece, even though the projects are paid with EU costing. Overtime is unpaid and very often employees have to work till late at night in order to meet a deadline.
