This is the most toxic working environment I've ever experienced. A singular, dominant voice controls everything; if you're not approved, your contributions are irrelevant, and you're ignored, silenced, and excluded.

Front line staff care about clients, do the best they can in a broken system. Benefits are okay and due to high turnover there is room for growth

The amount of staff on sick leave due to stress should be a red flag. Management do not want staff to spend time with the people who need help most, as they won't bring in a bonus for being employed very quickly. The company is very ableist when it comes to accommodating workers with disabilities, even flouting provincially mandated accomodation laws. If you have a life outside work, they do not care so it might work if don't have family or like to be at work all the time
