      Pros

      Decent pay, work alone with set hours

      Cons

      Every week hours changing. No set work time. One week you might have 45 hours the next week you might have 20. Can’t budget the life on a lying job that said was full-time hire. Lack of supervision and management very inexperienced management. No team support. A very untrustworthy company from the UK trying to do business in the United States cheating US employees.

      Pros

      Exceptionally well supported at every level of the organization. Zero ambiguity with very clear direction and vision. Autonomy to run the business and encouraged to try new methods in order to drive successful results.

      Cons

      I struggle to to find any cons of even the mildest significance.

      Pros

      Nothing. Lies and manipulations bullied by HR watched them malign employees and play the blame game while keeping a toxic culture.

      Cons

      Toxic bullies with little to no understanding of American market.
