Pros
Bleeding edge technology, lots of "trail blazing" when new tech comes out. Always the opportunity to use new tech and tools, create, test and implement new processes and methodologies. I was there for 5 years and was never bored. There is always a ton of work to do, a ton of everything to learn, and a ton of options on which direction you want to take your career. AgileIT will take anyone with experience, a desire to learn, grow, work your butt off and turn you in to a tech consulting rock star.
Cons
The ability to learn and grow at such an extent does come with a cost and usually that's in pay. While they might not pay the same as equal positions in the area, you will grow, tremendously, from the experience. **note to be honest and fair about the pay, 99% of that comes from just being a smaller company**
