Pros
People are friendly and always willing to help. It feels friendly and enjoys to work with others without corporate pressure. I found this place q great pace to learn and develop myself. For sure I will remember this place as one of the better places I've worked. Also, the location is nice to get there whether you using car or public transport.
Cons
Because it is a smaller company, sometimes can be hard to find a time to have a meeting with somebody to carry on with the work.
