I saw the below experiences in that Company for myself & for few colleagues too 1) During the Interview they will offer Salary in USD but after joining in the Company & after taking 3 months’ salary only you will realize that Company is following 1947 exchange Rate, Which is not informed during the interview. i. If you ask 1st month, they will say that HR might not now your salary, I’ll inform HR team to recalculate. ii. 2nd month they will say that which currency rate you are calculating, We won’t follow current / your joining date exchange rate, We have fixed rate for it and we follow same but from the customers they will collect current rate iii. After the Interview, They will release the offer letter with low salary, if you ask them that my Salary is s mentioned low & not correct. They will say that it is to reduce your Income Tax but it is not correct. 2) During the Interview, they will say that we will provide the Family visa but after joining in the Company if you ask them on this, they will say that I never mentioned anything like that to you & they will ask do you have any proof with you. 3) During the Interview they will also say that we provide Studio Room for stay with your family nearby office but they will not provide anything to you and they will say that Company rules has been changed now, we cannot provide as informed in the interview. 4) You will have a lot of issue in Tax part also; I saw it for other people. 5) After resigning you will have so many challenges on everything, they will hold your salary for 2 months and after a big argument they will release only 50% of salary and they will deduct visa cancellation fees from your salary. 6) If you resign before 1 year means you are gone already, they will deduct so many thing from your salary; it will be around one lakh in INR. 7) Whenever there is a work, you have to work for 24 hours (No holidays & all) but if there is no work, Your job will be a problem, They won’t see how much you have worked whenever there is a lot of work 8) Holidays are applicable only for Local people, if you make any, pre-plan for long holidays also they will ask you to cancel and work only. 9) If you can talk for long time without any topic, you will be the Project Manage & you will have good growth & scope in the Company. 10) Hardly 4 to 5 are Genuine Consultants who work dedicatedly. If you / client asks, how many consultants are there means they will give you a big list. 11) It is like Contract Job, Every year, it needs to renew by Company and you are not sure whether it renews or not, hence you cannot make long-term plan to settle with family. 12) If you are shifting from India with this Company offer, better, you do proper documentation & get attestation from Indian Embassy with expiry dates etc.; otherwise, you will be struck here & cannot do anything. 13) You can’t ask / argue anything, If you try to argue with them, they will indirectly warn you, whether you want to continue or not? 14) Few Project Manager only thinks on Cost cutting. i. They will give ideas to management that, if the Project did not complete on time, we must deduct Employees Salary. ii. When you went on-site, PM can pay the money for consultant Food and can claim but they will not pay & claim. PM will get claim everything but cost cutting is only applicable for few consultants. 15) Sometimes you will feel the difference between Local & Non Local, E.g. Local’s marriage invitation will not be given to Indians. Few managers order their local food & ask you eat that. They will clearly say that you must eat what is ordered, we follow majority only.
