Pros
The culture is great, People and culture team does wonders with events and keeping an eye on people (in a healthy way), we are given the trust and respect to work remotely without being micro managed. There is growth, they have the mentality to consistently improve, and try to bring you along, which works. Special events are hosted throughout the year, gives a nice break from putting out fires.
Cons
You're expected to be extremely social, and talk to everyone at every event, you kinda get looked down upon(or what I feel happens) when you don't participate in company events or after hour drinks, or if you just don't drink. The people are also very Clichy, so if you don't really fit in with anyone, you are kinda left alone in social events, which makes it less likely for you to join the social events or even want to join. Basically to summarize, it's a great company to work for, but if youre introverted, you're going to be alone socially, don't get me wrong, people do and will try to get you to join in, but either the group isn't for you, or there's just one person you just can't gel with. (Normal life thing) Work wise, that depends on the client you get, some clients are great, others are constantly on fire.
