      Pros

      I work with a good team. Help and support is always readily available especially from management. It's a great company to work for for those who know what they want to do and to just crack on without being micromanaged. The transparency of the company is obvious from day 1

      Pros

      Good leadership Flat structure which allows you to work autonomously You are responsible for your own work Team spirit and collaboration Always puts the customer first, very few companies do this and then we are able to reap the rewards!

      Communication needs to be clearer and more decisive, especially when deciding on the release of products

      there are some really great people to work with

      no pay rises in 6 years no staff replaced as they leave repeated cuts to staff, wages and resources repeated threats to continued positions in the company constant insults to most staff from CEO penny pinchers
