Pros

Good people on contract. PM is nice when we see him.

Cons

Corporate is a mess and they are losing contracts and bodies left and right. LOTS of turnover at HQ. Seems like you get to know someone there and then they are gone right away. CEO got in a meeting with our government staff and it was just flat embarrassing what the govies had to say later. Was told by one person that they let go that they did not pay out their PTO and no severance. Benefits are so so and expensive as you would expect with a small business.

Pros

A small business that goes out of its way to make staff (most of which are remote) to feel recognized, appreciated and part of the team.

Cons

As a small business, opportunities for growth and expansion are limited.

Pros

The Leadership Team is completely in touch with the business and strives to improve the business daily. The people I work with are absolutely fantastic – everyone will go out of their way to help in any area and learn new skills. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. A3T has highly skilled professionals (Corporate and on contract) who are passionate with what they do and deliver quality service. It is a pleasure to work in an environment where you learn from others and Senior management is totally supportive and helps in all aspects. The employees of A3T are dedicated and some of the most respected I have had the honor of working with in private industry. Team work is key, as well as employee engagement, for meeting company goals and objectives. I love seeing the company grow and can't wait to see what the future brings. High level of integrity throughout the company, open communications, and sincere interest in doing the right thing.

Cons

The obvious cons are that they have a difficult time competing with many of the "attractive" larger firms in terms of benefits, and workplace environment. In addition, juggling many priorities, can sometimes be a little stressful.
