      Good first job to get into a maching/manufacturing enviroment. A lot of overtime is availible. The hard wokers are rewarded

      Cons

      Verry high employee turnover rate Low pay Boring repetitive jobs, most new people are used as bodies to load parts for 10 hours a day.
