SENIOR MANAGEMENT!! Before my departure, there was a change in senior management. This new Senor Vice President of services decimated the moral of the front line service engineers. There are many stories of her berating, bullying, and cursing at employees who did not cave to her every demand or idea. She would have meetings at locations and feel that there was no importance of meeting the on-site engineers that kept the systems there functional. She led/leads through absolute fear of losing ones job. Loyalty to long time employees is now no existent. There are several of us that would have stayed and tried to work through the change, but better opportunities for many of us came knocking, and with no feeling of reciprocated loyalty, we fled. Many people with vast amounts of knowledge and experience have been "let go" or have moved on.
