Pros
If you are a good fit for the culture, you are likely to stay in the company for over 10, 20 or even 30 years, as many of the current employees. The company has been going through major changes over the past years, shifting the focus from being a services-focused company to a technology company. The leadership team applies NPS survey often and is interested in the keeping talent. Besides, there are lots of great people to work with.
Cons
Major changes are good in the long run but in the short term they also mean a lot of disruption in terms of leadership, priorities and processes. The on-boarding process is poor, and there are lots of ambiguities in terms of structure in the organization. Pay rises and bonus structures not at all clear. Career path not clear to all employees.
