Pros

pay. Stay if you want to have no job before a year is up. Because no matter how much you eb and flow with the frequent changes youll never be good enough.

Cons

they draw you in under the guise of it being your last career youll ever had. Gaslight you throughout training as if it is the best job you are going to have, and then after months of fluctuating policy changes, and saying your metrics are good they change and say you are doing awful and make you feel like it is all your fault shortly out of nesting. And good luck if you want hel in TL chats. They ignore you frequently but get mad at you if you have a customer waiting after being told exclusively that you MUST wait on a TL permission to do ANYTHING for a customer. Nightmare show. You ust have nerves of steal, If you try and quit. They will fire you before its done.

Pros

Offers Work from home, most everyone is willing to help when you have a question.

Cons

Some mangers need to really reflect. You can tell they are just in the spot because it needed to be filled. If you are not careful and really monitor what you are getting marked off by from QA that can hinder you. You MUST review what you have been marked off on. HIGHLY recommend you do this. The shifts change every 6 months so if you want/need a second job throw that idea out of the window. And unless you are the “top dog” you will have options for to pick from however you may not get your main pick so keep that in mind. Low pay, if you are a single person trying to manage a house hold I don’t recommend but it can be done. More so if you have children and no other form of income.
