Gaslight you throughout training as if it is the best job you are going to have, and then after months of fluctuating policy changes, and saying your metrics are good they change and say you are doing awful and make you feel like it is all your fault shortly out of nesting. And good luck if you want hel in TL chats. They ignore you frequently but get mad at you if you have a customer waiting after being told exclusively that you MUST wait on a TL permission to do ANYTHING for a customer. Nightmare show. You ust have nerves of steal, If you try and quit. They will fire you before its done.
