Pros

Great starting pay. Good managers, mostly. Nice coworkers, usually. Awesome opportunities for overtime.

Cons

Terrible position. I mean you are basically in a chair for 8 hours a day and for every hour you are there about 6 customers cuss at you or get angry at you for something that is not at all your fault. Some managers are two-faced idiots. They expect something more from you, then once you deliver they criticize your delivery. Upper management couldn't care less. Their attitudes are 100% "better-than-you"."

Pros

Offers Work from home, most everyone is willing to help when you have a question.

Cons

Some mangers need to really reflect. You can tell they are just in the spot because it needed to be filled. If you are not careful and really monitor what you are getting marked off by from QA that can hinder you. You MUST review what you have been marked off on. HIGHLY recommend you do this. The shifts change every 6 months so if you want/need a second job throw that idea out of the window. And unless you are the “top dog” you will have options for to pick from however you may not get your main pick so keep that in mind. Low pay, if you are a single person trying to manage a house hold I don’t recommend but it can be done. More so if you have children and no other form of income.
