Pros

There is a great sense of satisfaction in helping stranded motorists.

Cons

Very poor compensation. Benefits cost a family of four nearly $1,000.00 a month. Very high deductibles on the insurance. A very poor compensation package becomes smaller with the insurance costs. There is a lot of talk when it comes to valuing employees. However, my manager told me he "looks for reasons to fire people". Upper management is ineffectual, they are more concerned with covering there own mistakes than treating people fairly. I would not send anyone I care about there for employment.

Pros

Offers Work from home, most everyone is willing to help when you have a question.

Cons

Some mangers need to really reflect. You can tell they are just in the spot because it needed to be filled. If you are not careful and really monitor what you are getting marked off by from QA that can hinder you. You MUST review what you have been marked off on. HIGHLY recommend you do this. The shifts change every 6 months so if you want/need a second job throw that idea out of the window. And unless you are the “top dog” you will have options for to pick from however you may not get your main pick so keep that in mind. Low pay, if you are a single person trying to manage a house hold I don’t recommend but it can be done. More so if you have children and no other form of income.
