      There are some really amazing people!

      Agentra in general has had the worst turnover rate since I started a year ago, because the lack of communication, favoritism, disrespect, and dishonesty. The Operations and Commissions department has a bad habit of talking bad about other employees (the ex-COO herself would be involved in those discussions). They are all about favoritism so if you are not close to the clique they will bully and mistreat you. The company knows that the Agents that sell the policies are giving falsified information to the Members and are not doing anything about it. Customer service has to deal with the backlash of the angry members, that is why they have a huge turnover rate in that department. The overall atmosphere feels like you are in high school and not at a professional corporate setting.

Communication can be an issue in a fast-growing company such as ours, but with the use of new technology, we have been able to keep everyone within our company up to date and on task. Problems such as favoritism, disrespect, and dishonesty have no place in this company and never will. The atmosphere you will find at Agentra is a professional and collaborative environment for all of its employees.

      It can be overwhelming at times to work for a company that is growing and going through a lot of changes.

      Pros

      I love working here it is a breathe of fresh air. In Dallas,Tx it is hard to find a job with good benefits, works with your personal schedule, and allows you a chance to learn and grow with in the company. When I first got the call for an interview I was skeptical about coming because it was on a Saturday. However, I'm so happy that I came! I can see my self working here for years! They pay is good, they feed us twice a week! Great people to work will and the Management is very understanding

      Cons

      Some of the people who have been here for a long time are not use to growth so starting out they can be a little up tight but after you have earned your stripes they are nice
