Pros

The team is full of incredibly smart and talented people. You will have real, impactful responsibilities on day 1. The pay and benefits are great.

Cons

Be warned: Incredibly toxic work environment. The co-founders - who are married and act as the CEO and CTO - were fantastic founders, but are floundering as they attempt to scale the company. They are the only two members of the executive team that haven't turned over in the past couple months. Large-scale strategy shifts, restructuring, team attrition, and layoffs occur regularly. They take the "fire fast" approach to an extreme level. This lack of stability has created a culture of fear, where employees are more concerned about placating leadership, CYA, and finger pointing than actually collaborating to move things forward. During my time at AgentSync, it's become apparent that this is a feature, not a bug. Middle management has no power or voice internally, then individual contributors are put in a position where it's nearly impossible to wade through the shifting priorities, process change, and huge workloads.

Pros

+ Purpose-driven culture focused on solving real problems in the insurance industry + Leadership is transparent and genuinely invested in building a scalable, sustainable business + Strong momentum with clear product-market fit and significant market opportunity + Willingness to tackle complex challenges and improve internal systems + Recent leadership changes demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement

Cons

Still in the early growth stages—some processes are being built or rebuilt, which can lead to ambiguity. This is typical of a start-up and may not be for everyone.

Pros

Great coworkers, great benefits, a great idea for a product but we never had enough manpower to fix the issues that were reported.

Cons

Maybe it will change with the new CEO but they had NO plan, never listened to employee feedback, and were chronically understaffed except for a short period of time were things actually seemed to be going well. We were told to do whatever it took to get the job done then were punished for doing what it took to get the job done. Some managers were great, others threw you under the bus because everyone was on the chopping block at all times. It seemed like those in charge couldn't make up their minds about what their "vision" was.
