      Pros

      The owners are great and always checking in and making sure you're doing okay. They genuinely care about your well-being and want to see you succeed both professionally and personally. Also, the level of care and detail in the training provided gave me incredible insights into the insurance and financial industry. Which I believe really shows the company’s professionalism and dedication as they are willing to invest in their people so they, in turn, can deliver top-notch service to their clients.

      Cons

      I have no complaints whatsoever.

      Pros

      No day is ever the same. The overall goal of delivering a superior product to our clients never changes but the campaigns are always unique. We service an industry that isn't going away anytime soon. Personally, I find the location to be perfect (no commute to speak of). I work with a great group of people. Professionals, all. Everyone understands that there is a job to do & we all take responsibility for our piece of the puzzle in order to get the job done. It's also a very nice office with a warm atmosphere; a very comfortable environment.

      Cons

      As with any position, the compensation package could be a little "beefier".
