Poor training-They throw you on the phone after 1 day of training - Closer Agent 1099 Employee Review

I have never worked with a company that is so transparent. I'm given everything I need to succeed weather it be through written material or management that is always quick to reply. I am a former I.T. professional who took a chance moving to sales and I couldn't have chosen a better place to make that transition and I'm not turning back after such a great experience. After only 3 months with the company they hired my brother who shares the same views of the company that I do. @Agent1099 they give you all the training and tools to succeed. I have been in sales for about 16 years and have never been a part of a team like this one. With Agent1099 we work hard, but we play hard also. Most generous company I have worked for. Great salary and commission to boot. The best part of it for me is that they are willing to get on the phone with you and help you understand if you have any questions. Training on a weekly basis to make sure you become more successful with everyday. I love this company and couldn't imagine working anywhere else.

For me there is no downside. I have the freedom to 40 hours a week, but still do what I need to throughout the day.
