Pros

The location of the office. Plenty of places to lunch out (hint: take long lunches, they are necessary here to keep your sanity). There's also a liquor store nearby that can come in handy in handy once in a while.

Cons

The CEO is abusive and delusional... Strongly believing in a French-based, top-down and highly hierarchical structure, he will treat you like a god for the first 2 weeks, and then invariably start talking you down and tossing you around unless you happen to agree wholeheartedly with everything he says. I know of only one person who actually lasted a long time in the Montreal office, and he was a master boot-licker, always nodding his head wholeheartedly at every half-thought decision the CEO was taking on any given day.

Pros

* Product is very good and flexible. I learn something new every day :) Use cases are infinite. * Partners in different countries, industries and languages make projects very exciting. * Love my coworkers even if we don't get to see each other often (4 offices...) * CEO with a vision shared by rest of teams

Cons

* Company is growing fast. With lots of new partners and clients signed very recently the company needs more people in customer/technical support. I am sure they will arrive soon so no much worries. * 4 offices does not make things easy always

Pros

Most of people who work here are amazing. Great office location right in the Plateau. Walking distance to many great restaurants and bars. Friday afternoon Happy hour

Cons

Senior management is constantly changing direction. Senior management talks down to employees, and treats them quite horribly - especially the CEO No real strategy - the CEO gets a hunch and jumps at it (most of it fails) The culture is very toxic, and starts with senior management. The CEO makes rash decisions, even after consulting with other members of management. The CEO will hire someone to do a certain job, (ie run the sales & marketing team at an office) and then will take all their power away, forcing them to walk out on an idle friday afternoon. If the CEO steps down, then I would recommend Agendize, until then - I just can't recommend working at Agendize to my worst enemy.
