Designers are trusted to contribute ideas, not just execute, with real input into concepts and outcomes. Great working relationships with copywriters, strategists and leadership create a genuinely team-driven/fun environment. The creative standards are high. A strong focus on craft and detail pushes you to improve and produce your best work.

Fast-paced environment. Deadlines can be tight with certain clients. A strong focus on quality and detail can be demanding, particularly during busy periods. Processes and ways of working can still be developing and days aren't as smooth as they could be.

Nothing much to be honest

In my experience Agency TK has an awful culture with an extremely high turnover of staff. In my time there I saw so many people cry at their desks or come back from the toilet crying due to the workload and management. There is a core group of staff that have been there for many years, but these are the select few and there are hundreds of staff that have come and gone over the years, many leaving on a sour note. I was told they used to have 50 plus staff but now they only have a handful. Although their client list might look good on paper, I would be very cautious about how much work there would be with their headline brands. As a note they used to be called Turn Key before that company went under which is why there aren't many reviews on here. This is one of the worst place I have ever worked and would tell anyone to avoid it.
