      Pros

      Amazing people that are intelligent and humble. A great learning environment for developers. Projects have less churn than many dev shops with long-term clients and an in-house app being developed.

      Cons

      Developers aren't paid quite as much as the industry average, but the experience was honestly well worth the difference and the benefits were solid. It was a rare occasion that a work day left me drained; rather, most days I felt I had accomplished something and that it was valued. It's hard to put a price on that.

      Pros

      Fantastic project management, such a good place to grow as a developer. I learned a ton and was glad to go to work there. They were extremely flexible about working remotely when needed, great guys all around.

      Cons

      Old office set up used to make for pretty lonely days, everyone in their own space. But it's moved since.

      Pros

      People are great. Smart. Hard-working. You will learn best practices. You will be part of a winning team. You will gain incredible experiences. You will have awesome snacks in the breakroom and a super nice workstation.

      Cons

      Not a very diverse team - maybe that goes with the territory. It's a rather introverted bunch. As much as management genuinely cares about making employees feel valued, the culture is very strong - and it tends to favor those who simply put their heads down and get shtuff done. the brand encourages creativity, but an extravert might feel a bit...stifled.
