Working at Agency Creative was a truly career-shaping experience. The team is incredibly talented and well-rounded, bringing different perspectives to every project and pushing each other to produce the best work possible. Leadership is engaged, and constantly challenges you to grow. My time at Agency Creative sharpened my attention to detail, strengthened my strategic thinking, and gave me the confidence to tackle any challenge. I’m grateful for the opportunities and connections I made—I still stay in touch with so many former colleagues and clients.

While the agency setting naturally comes with long days and late nights, that’s to be expected in this industry, and the experience gained is well worth it.

No pros, other than a paycheck.

This was easily the most stressful and demoralizing workplace I have ever experienced. I’m writing this review as a warning for anyone considering a job here. The leadership fosters an environment of fear rather than support. Criticism is constant, often delivered in an aggressive and demeaning manner. Public reprimands are common, and the overall culture is one of intimidation rather than collaboration. Employees are expected to work long hours without appreciation, and burnout is the norm. Turnover is alarmingly high, with employees frequently being let go within weeks or months. Job security is nonexistent, and decisions around hiring and firing often feel arbitrary. Leadership’s approach to staffing and team management lacks professionalism, creating an unstable and toxic workplace. If you value respect, stability, and a healthy work culture, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
