Pros
There aren't many pros to this place: health benefits weren't bad, we had a Keurig machine and the folks from the Detroit office were pretty nice.
Cons
Low non-competitive pay, abusive management (you can hear people being screamed at from behind closed doors), they pay good lip service to being a "team" but will throw you under the bus at a moments notice, absolutely no training, close-minded to new ideas and fanatic about sticking to "the way they've always done things", client is down the hall and treats you like their own personal marketing department (you're their dog on a leash, don't expect any support from upper management), complete and utter lack of creativity or creative thinking - I could go on and on. If you're a creative thinker, interested in upward mobility or learning something new - check it at the door. Growth doesn't happen here (there was a guy in one of the offices with 2 different Account Directors on his desk and he'd been doing the same job for YEARS). This is not an advertising agency, this is where agency types go to die. They are a glorified marketing department, except they don't even get to do any MARKETING. I couldn't run fast enough and feel sorry for the person who got duped into taking my place. God speed whoever you are.
