Pros

The company markets and launches cool products, but has not had any recent success.

Cons

The CEO has a history of poorly treating employees and clients alike. In the last 6-8 months, the company received over half a dozen resignations in all different teams (sales, marketing, design, and senior level also left, COO and CTO gone) mostly after Olenik left the company for 2 months and abandoned major client launches without communicating to anyone in the company. The company no longer had any culture, team interactions, or leadership under Christopher's sole "management" which has lead to the poorest performing campaigns in the history of the company and ultimately why I quit. It's hard to follow a leader when he never shows up to work. At least half a dozen clients fired Olenik in just the last few months I was there and asked for refunds.

Pros

Agency 2.0's leadership encourages new ideas and is open to new tools that help everyone do their job and reach company goals. Everyone has a voice. Processes are continually reviewed to identify areas for improvement, which makes our jobs easier and smoother with each improvement. The team is small and tight-knit; everyone helps each other and jumps in when needed.

Cons

With the variety of products and clients to work with, there can be some added work in researching and learning about an area employees are unfamiliar with. Of course, this results in a better understanding of a wide range of industries and markets which is never bad.

Pros

- Have learned an incredible amount in a short period of time, working with clients on different passion projects helps you learn about different industries - Launching a successful campaign is an incredibly rewarding endeavor - Work culture is really supportive and communicative. Though fully remote, we try to meet up in person (when COVID permits) at least once a month to get together and celebrate our successes - The company really stresses having a good work life balance (something my past jobs have not been great about), and taking time for yourself.

Cons

- Clients can sometimes be difficult, and often don't see the behind the scenes work that goes into every single campaign. - The nature of crowdfunding is very detail oriented, and without a proper process established (the company is still trying to create a process to follow), things can fall through the cracks.
