Dont risk it - Claim Handler Ageas Employee Review

Management qwill screw you over for fun. I was fired for nothing, i have evidence to prove the team keaders altered HR paperwork because they didnt follow the process so i appealed,they didnt evwn bother to look at my evidence, just spoke to the same currupt team keader who altered it in the first place. I am angry they can play with peoples lives. I had excellany QA scores, there were no issues with the quality or qyuantity of my work but somehow said they "didnt think i could improve enough" i was accused of being asleep even though i explained dozens of times i have scars under my eyelids from previous surgery so it can look like my eyes are closed when they are puffy and swollen. I am disgusted with thwy way they can treat someone who was commited to the company and to doing a good job.. this is more about who the TLs like and not your work. I would never tell anyone to risk their mental wellbeing by working at ageas.
