Pros
Staff is truly valued and treated as family. Company offers 401k + benefits to all full-time staff, unheard of in the restaurant industry. From day one you are setup for success with excellent training and have unlimited growth potential as the company is rapidly expanding.
Cons
Not really a con, but you need to work your butt off to move up and get promoted. But as in most careers, you have to earn it. If you're willing to work hard and put in effort, the sky is the limit.
