Discriminatory policies: after discussing accommodations for a disability with both executives and team members, I was spontaneously fired after 2 weeks. I was given no feedback or indication prior, then no reason after. When I explained that it felt biased, there was no further explanation given.
This is a hostile, unaccommodating environment for people with disabilities. You will not feel safe or welcome here. You'll be judged in secret and denied transparency.
The founders obsessively speak about transparency, but it's just part of the branding, not the actual culture or policy.
