Salary is credited on time.

Cons

The company follows a highly micromanaged culture, especially for sales employees. Daily monitoring of calls, CRM entries, and even location tracking creates unnecessary pressure and a lack of trust. Work-life balance is poor due to constant follow-ups and unrealistic targets. Travel expense reimbursements are handled very strictly — every small bill is questioned and verified, which adds to the frustration. Overall, the environment feels stressful with little autonomy or flexibility.
