Hierarchy between management and employees

Giving back to the community and making a difference in the children's lives. You walk out daily knowing that you are being useful and really enjoy working there.

The pay is not the best and the hours are not enough. Sometimes you feel that your hands are tied because there aren't enough resources to help all the students.
