      Pros

      Working for Agape Care has been a great experience! I've never worked for a company that cares so much for the employees! They have every tool to help you achieve your goal. No job title is bigger than the next. We are more than a team. It's more like a family. We have daily meetings, prayers and guidance from team staff. Overall a GREAT Place to work!

      Pros

      The field staff love hospice and care so much about the work they do every day. But they have no clinical or leadership support.

      Cons

      Inexperienced clinical leadership and director of operations. Favoritism. Unequal caseloads. Retaliation when productivity not met. Retaliation by leadership when needing to call out sick. High caseload. Poor work life balance. Senior/corporate leadership do not take field staff concerns seriously. HR does not take field staff concerns seriously. Director is not knowledgeable in hospice care and there are frequent service failures. AVP / CEO / HR did not act expeditiously to several complaints regarding branch leadership. Branch needs a clean out and a lot of TLC.
