      Agape is one of the best companies I have worked for. The Agape leadership supports all employees while ensuring the team is able to provide the highest quality of care for patients and their family.

      Cons

      There are challenges at times but this is always the case with healthcare. Agape supports their employees and fosters growth personally and professionally.

      Pros

      The field staff love hospice and care so much about the work they do every day. But they have no clinical or leadership support.

      Cons

      Inexperienced clinical leadership and director of operations. Favoritism. Unequal caseloads. Retaliation when productivity not met. Retaliation by leadership when needing to call out sick. High caseload. Poor work life balance. Senior/corporate leadership do not take field staff concerns seriously. HR does not take field staff concerns seriously. Director is not knowledgeable in hospice care and there are frequent service failures. AVP / CEO / HR did not act expeditiously to several complaints regarding branch leadership. Branch needs a clean out and a lot of TLC.
