-There has been rampant sexism with many claims of sexual misconduct in the workplace coming specifically from the senior management (mostly french nationals working in Switzerland). -One of the tasks of our administrative employees is to 'post positive reviews on glassdoor', so get ready to lie publicly on behalf of a bad business. -Toxic working environment, many employees have a burn-out due to excessive stress, constant degradation and the unhealthy anti culture. -Politics is the name of the game here, and if you're a woman things really aren't pretty ' there are vicious rumours circulated around the office about co-workers sleeping together. -Personally I hate being called 'baby' or 'sweet cheeks' by older married executives but I cannot speak for everyone. -Extremely Low Salaries. -No development opportunities AT ALL for GRADUATES.
