Cons
In my opinion, the buying and planning team of the corporate office need to be more in tune with each other. I feel that there is little regard to the demographic of each store location. This can cause products to underperform and lose profit margins after sitting on the sales floor for extended periods of time. I think the bonus system for the store management teams is unfair. Bonuses only go to the 2 highest performing stores. This puts store management teams located in less densely populated areas and in dying shopping malls at a disadvantage to the ones located closer to higher density populations. Payroll hours keep getting cut Online store and in-store still aren't as coherent with each other as other competitors.
