While working there I had an absolutely positive experience and can offer no cons that I experienced.

Family owned and good local reputation.

Poorly managed and It is a revolving door of sales employees. There has to be a point at which current management staff is held accountable. There is a reason why so many employees are let go or leave on their own. Products are marginal at best and rarely are they able to compete with large seed companies and brands.
