Some older technology and black box systems are in operation that makes working in some areas harder Some single points of excellence still exist

There has been a lot of positive change and the management team are committed to investing in, and looking after their people. Everyone is really friendly and there is a flexible approach to work and ensuring everyone has a good work life balance.

I can't think of any at the moment - apart from working remotely due to covid.
