Leadership is the biggest problem here. The CEO is completely disconnected from reality — takes credit for every deal but has little to no real involvement in closing them. Very high on ego, very low on accountability. There’s zero structure or seriousness when it comes to business. Calls you for meetings from another city and then doesn’t show up, with random excuses. Meanwhile, priorities seem to be elsewhere. Sales team has no clarity, no support, and no incentives. You’re expected to deliver numbers with no backing. Reimbursements are constantly delayed, and salaries aren’t reliable either. Finance is more focused on internal politics and pleasing the top leadership than actually doing their job. The company is struggling financially, and it shows in every function. Layoffs have already happened, and instead of fixing things, the focus is on managing perception. HR and founder’s office are actively pushing people to post fake positive reviews to hide the ground reality. No appraisals for the last two years. People have mentally checked out. Moonlighting is common because no one feels secure or valued. Work culture is honestly one of the worst I’ve seen — toxic, political, and directionless.
