Pros

Very competitive salary and overall compensation package. Management is extremely open to listening to new ideas. No corporate ladder to work up. Company is the perfect size in that every thing you do is realized in the bottom line number, and not too big to where people get lost in the shuffle.

Cons

There is no "training program" Very much so a job in which you must learn on your own. I wouldn't say this is a "con" however, a new employee might feel like they are thrown into the fire a bit early on. I can say in this business, learning by doing is the only way to actually understand. You have all of the resources to be successful, but success is not going to be just handed to you when you walk in the front door.

Pros

While it is always dependent on your manager, the company is a great place to work and has good long term benefits.

Cons

Since it is a small company there is little vertical movement.

Pros

Agmotion is a company that cares for it's employees. We have a wonderful in house software program that makes our jobs easier. We have groups of teams that work hard together for common goals. We have owners who care. In this new culture of the world, we've been given all the tools we need to succeed. We have all the latest and greatest tools to be successful working at home.

Cons

Sink or swim, must be a go getter. I don't see this as a con but not everyone is built to be a go getter, maybe work somewhere else because we are all working hard to be go getters. There is no real chance for advancement as an assistant, you do have an opportunity to learn many different types of positions when helping other teams but it doesn't get you higher positions or pay.
